Burgundy Van on Venice

Anyone else notice the burgundy van parked on Venice near Memorial each morning this week? Appears someone is parking and sleeping in the van because when I leave for work each day it's parked there and running but no one is in the drivers seat and it's not near any houses. It's along Venice just before Memorial where it's always over grown.
